We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how incredibly well cared for everything is. The grounds were immaculate and beautifully maintained which is truly impressive and made the whole property feel like a resort. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. Including SO MANY towels and I deeply appreciate that. The host was outstanding. Very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. Communication was great and made the entire stay stress free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again.

This house instantly felt like home and had everything we needed to make us comfortable. Loved that beach towels were provided and so were all the essentials- coffee bar fully stocked, ice in the freezer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom, and everything we needed to use the kitchen for dinners. It was clean and had really great living spaces to sit and sip or play games or watch movies. Our host was super responsive and friendly, and we could not have had a better mini-vacation. And did we mention that the heated pool was heavenly even in 50 degree weather?! Fully intend to return soon (when the weather is a little warmer).

Tyler was an exceptional host. Very pleasant to work with. Personable and professional. Very proactive with communication and always responded quickly. We reserved family tides almost 9 months out. Tyler communicated leading up to our stay and answered all our questions. He was a great host. Family tides is a great place to stay and worked perfect for our family Christmas/New Years trip. (10 of us.) The house accommodates large groups well. Large living room with plenty of seating. Open floorplan keeps everyone together and there is also plenty of spaces for everyone to get quite time away from the large group. Pool was great. Walk to the beach and to Camille's are super easy. Would definitely stay at Family Tides again or another property hosted by Tyler.

The condo was great. It was peaceful with no one staying above you and you couldn't hear anyone outside. The beds were comfortable. The space was perfect for the two of us. My teen son enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of parking. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as it was kind of chilly the 4 days we were there. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed looking at the ocean. The condo was near so many restaurants and shops. We had one minor issue with the wifi, but it was taken care of immediately when I contacted Tyler. We highly recommend Tyler's place.

We had great time at Tyler’s condo for our stay in Destin and good for a small family. It is close to the beach, great location and conveniently close to grocery store as well. We also loved all the amenities that were offered. Tyler reached back to us quickly for any questions or concerns we raise. It was missing a couple minor kitchen items :)
